However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to issue a store credit for a product exchange of your choice. Please see below for more information on our missing, return or refund policy.
MISSING
We keep a tracking number on file for all purchases made through our website. If you made a purchase on our website longer than 7 business days ago and you did not yet receive your purchase, please refer to your purchase tracking number. If you no longer have the tracking number, please email contactus@roaketinhealth.com with the number of your order and the contact information used for the respective purchase and we will investigate the matter with 48 hours. For purchases that arrived damaged, please include a damaged product photo and we will ship a replacement product at no cost to you.
RETURNS
For the safety of our customers, we accept absolutely no returns.
REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer a store credit for a product exchange of your choice. Please email contactus@roaketinhealth.com with a detailed description of your reason(s) for requesting a store credit, the number of your order and the contact information used for the respective purchase and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, email contactus@roaketinhealth.com with the number of your order, the contact information used for the respective purchase and a damaged or defective product photo. We will investigate the matter within 48 hours.
